Lifegaurds are always on duty. No running, diving in shallow ends, peeing in the pool, swimming after eating, and no rough-housing or horseplay. No attempting to drown yourself or someone else, for that will get you banned from the pool!

NOBODY OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE ALLOWED!
All house trained and well socialized pets allowed. There are only pop and water to drink, and plenty of food. Kool-aid, tea, lemonade, coffee and gatoraide of multiple is what all is on the menus. Empty beer bottles can be asked for so you can play spin the bottle for truth and dare. 18 Flatscreens are scattered across the 4000 square foot lot. There are 3 isolated rooms for teens. Bean bags, chairs, couches, towels, blankets and pillows are found everywhere. There are 5 pool tables, 3 fooze ball tables, 4 ping pong tables, 8 video game systems. 23 laptops and 14 Desktops. Along side every thing are 2 karioke machines, a dance floor, a stage, a full bandset(Drums, guitars, piano, vilion, ect). A DJ set, disco lights and complete surround systems that are scattered through out the intire main front room. 24 tables can be found through out the room. Age limits are 13 years old to 18 years old.

On this 600 acres piece of land lies a one large race track and a inner dog track. On the side is the racing tracks owner's stable were they strive to breed and race the best of the best. Dogs and Horses alike.

This lot sits on 296 acres of land.

This small peice of land has been abandoned only months ago by humans, and only horses and dogs still live here. Things are falling apart and are starting to mold. It rains inside of the barn due to open patches in the roof, as well as the two story home. The stalls have been broken, but not the rusting 8 foot fences that surround the 50 acre Stables. The ground doesn't hold grass very well, nor does it soak up the rain to grow the grass. The feeding and water toughs that are by the side of the barn have green water, and digust the animals to drink from it. It is a very scarred place for the animals to live, and dogs don't dare to find out what's under the first two layers of dirt.

The ranch house is a beautiful place. High ceilings. 3 bath, 4 bedroom house. Large living room and kitchen. Decent Dinning room. 2 barns that hold up to 25 horses each. 400 acres of open land. 2 round pens. 5 open kennels. 10 closed Kennels. There is an outdoor and indoor pool. 3 cabins lay nearby for extra company.

Green all year around. It rains on and off in cold and wet seasons. Favorite spot for camping, wild herds, and wild packs of dogs.

Perfect place for dog packs and camps. Shrubery and greenery are too close for any horses to stay here, because it would slow them down.
